Payment.

  We accept all major credit cards, and use the Paypal service when processing your order.

Prices.

  All prices are correct at date of publication  and are inclusive of VAT and delivery in Ireland ,including Northern Ireland.

  The purchaser is liable for their own credit card charges.

  We reserve the right to alter prices ,if necessary.

Privacy

  We do not share customer details with any third parties.

Returns

1. If you are not fully happy with your purchase you are free to return it for a full refund within seven working days.

2. You must obtain a Goods Return Number[GRN] by e mailing: Customer.Service@lovethatjewellery.com

    Items may not be returned without this number.

3. Items must be un-worn ,with the security tag attached and in the original packaging.

4. Items which have been damaged through misuse may not be returned.

5. All returned items must be sent by registered post ,at the sender's expense.

6. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return.

7. The delivery charges for the original order will not be returned.

8. Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned item, and will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

 General

1. Items stamped 925, respond as sterling silver  in an acid test.

2. Whilst  every care is taken ,we cannot guarantee the total absence of nickel in our products and cannot accept liability for any

    allergic reactions to our products.This particularly applies to vintage items.

3. We try to describe items as accurately as possible,however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information.Many items contain 

   semi-precious stones ,and colour variations are natural.Also,there could be slight variations of colour between items as pictured on website,

   and as supplied.

4. We advise customers to inspect their purchase before removing tag or disposing of packaging.

Care of your jewellery.

1. Stone set jewellery should not be immersed in water.

2. Pearls can be damaged by perfumes or deoderant and may loose their lustre.
